In this short video, we present our bitumen roll cutting machine in detail. Thanks to this machine, it's possible to cut 5 meters of bitumen roll within 2 minutes, without physical strain on the employees.

For cutting, standard crescent blades from Lutz Blades are used. Blade replacement takes just a few seconds.

Usage, step by step:

  • The ROOFFOX stands firmly on the ground next to a pallet of bitumen sheets.

  • The roll is inserted sideways without lifting it.

    It is then pushed into the feeder and pulled in by the machine.

  • The sheets are cut horizontally using state-of-the-art crescent blades.

  • After cutting, the sections usually stack with the top side facing up.

Versatile Transport and Use

Crane eyes, undergrips, and a sturdy construction allow transportation via crane, elevator, pallet truck, forklift, or with two persons.
